Tillamook County Death Records

Death records contain information like death registration number, name, sex, race, cause and date of death, date of birth, marital status, place of death, age at death, and name of parents. Per the Oregon Administrative Rule (333) 011-0096, access to death records is restricted to certain individuals for at least 50 years from the date of death.
