There are three Municipal Courts and one Circuit Court in Benton County. This Circuit court has general jurisdiction as a trial court. Benton County Criminal Records

The Oregon State Police maintain information about criminal histories for the entire state. Applicants must present their fingerprints rolled on application fingerprint cards to see their criminal records. The State Police provides fingerprinting services Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The cost of this service is $20. Local police departments and authorized fingerprinting service companies also offer fingerprinting services.

The requester must also include a completed Copy of the Own Oregon Record form, a $33 cheque or money order made payable to Oregon State Police, and a rolled fingerprint card. Record seekers should forward the paperwork and payment to:
